最近真的瘦好多。一直在蓄意给自己增肥,一天四顿或者五顿。仿佛精神性厌食症一般。很快就消化了。都有点羡慕便秘患者。每天三餐都大鱼大肉碳水。附加两盒草莓,晚上还吃宵夜, 之前不碰的蛋糕现在都开始吃了。但是每次去健身教练就说你太瘦了,负重都举不起来,多吃点多吃点。
